Manuel Eduardo Santiz Navarrete is a Legal Assistant at Immigration Lawyers, P.C, where he assists with the firm’s Employment-Based Immigration team. Fluent in Spanish, Manuel is able to effectively communicate with clients.

Born and raised in Florida, Manuel graduated from the University of Chicago in 2026 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minors in Spanish and Latin American & Caribbean Studies. As a first-generation college graduate, his educational and professional journey has been deeply influenced by his family, friends, community, and the values instilled in him growing up. Prior to attending college and entering the legal field, he worked in construction and agriculture, experiences that instilled in him a strong work ethic and an appreciation for the dedication and sacrifices of working families. These experiences have also shaped his character and approach to his work in immigration law, where he values the opportunity to connect with people from different backgrounds and guide them through the immigration process.

Outside of the office, Manuel enjoys running, listening to music, exploring Chicago, and spending time with family and friends.
