Charles is the Principal Attorney and Founder of Immigration Lawyers, P.C. He has practiced Immigration Law since 2003. As an immigrant himself, Charles is passionate about creating immigration solutions and advocating for his clients’ rights. His clients include individuals from around the world, high-tech/ IT companies, multinational companies, management and consulting firms, higher education institutions, hotels, landscaping and construction companies, and restaurants. He successfully represented over tens of thousands of clients in his distinguished legal career.

Charles graduated from Chicago Kent College of Law and is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), American Bar Association (ABA), Chicago Bar Association, and Michigan State Bar. Charles is a frequent contributor to local media regarding immigration laws and rules changes.

Aside from his law practice, Charles is active in civic and business activities in Chicago area. He is fluent in Mandarin.
