Chris Benson is an Associate Attorney at Immigration Lawyers, P.C. Prior to immigration law, he was a public defender & is an experienced trial attorney with a history of counseling thousands. Chris relishes the opportunity to help others & is eager to assist in making your immigration process a positive one. His practice focuses on representing clients for asylum, deportation proceedings in front of the Immigration Court, as well as administrative interviews at USCIS offices. He is also heavily involved with our employment and family-based immigration departments.

Mr. Benson completed his undergraduate education at Loyola University Chicago & graduated from John Marshall Law School (UIC). He has practiced law & been a member of the Illinois State Bar since 2012. Aside from practicing law, Chris enjoys playing music, traveling, and participating in sports.
