Ms. Elizondo is an Associate of Arts degree with a concentration in Marketing and Management. She is a certified pastry and cake artist, having completed her training at the French Pastry School. In her role as Operations Manager, she brings a diverse skill set to the table, overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow within the firm. With a strong background in customer service, Ms. Elizondo excels at managing client relations and performing essential administrative tasks, such as managing schedules, handling billing, and coordinating legal documentation.

Outside of her professional duties, she enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly at the park or the lakefront with her dog. A passionate traveler and food lover, she enjoys exploring new cuisines. Ms. Elizondo is also fluent in Spanish.
